emmastark is the author who convinced me that A-Team slash was possible. Her Vietnam era fics, like this one, are strikingly authentic in detail, dialogue and mood, and her Face and Murdock are complex and not always easily (though always sincerely)in love. My all-time favourite of hers is "Night Won't Set Me Free", but as it's incomplete, I didn't want to choose it to rec here.
