Based on Xanthe BDSM verse as seen in The General & Doctor Sheppard and Coming Home. Plot: Rodney is an abused Submissive who was denied permission to go to Atlantis due to interferance from his ex however when John Sheppard returns from Atlantis he meets Rodney and knows he has to have him. Its a fairly romantic and dramatic take on Xanthes verse with a notably different plot. Very enjoyable. A must read if you liked Xanthes work. Note that their BDSM cultures are not identical, merely similar.

Very, Very NC-17. Fairly dark and may contain an issue of under-age depending on what state/country you are in (Rodney is 16 I believe). Warnings: Age issues (as mentioned above), and extreme BDSM A much darker Atlantis, one in which Jeannie McKay went in place of her brother because Rodney is much younger. John wants him, despite their huge age gap. I found this fiction completely addictive and acnnot wait for more which the author has promised will be up for the next SGA Big Bang.
