This is not a happy series, but it is totally beautiful. The way shalott writes the magic in this gives you a sense of the depth of the mythology behind this. The slash is fairly vague, and after they... fall in love? connect? Harry and Draco spend the rest of the series apart. However, their relationship is, despite the lack of overt refrences, the center of these stories. This series breaks my heart. The angst is so well done. I can't say this enough - absolutely beautiful tragedy.
Unfortunatly, the series doesn't seem to be finished. Not a cliffhanger, but certainly not resolved. I know everyone hates stalled works-in-progress, but this one is worth it. |

Snape is all evil and delicious, and he lures Sirius out of his hide-away and right into a trap (what else?). Then there's some torturing and talking, and torturing and talking, and... Well, I can't tell you more! Only that it is very exciting, extremely funny and quite, quite sexy(in a clever sort of way, I think). And it all happens during OotP, after that wonderful encounter Black had with Snape in his kitchen.

Though both harsh and heart-wrenching, it also becomes surprisingly sweet and funny as the story progresses. If you're gonna read one Mpreg fiction, let it be this one; Indago is well-written and succeeds in not turning into a parody.
I really recommend reading the sequel Indago:Reborn and LdDurhan's other fics at skyehawke (chiefly among them By Fair Means or Foul, an entertaining fic featuring Severus Snape/Lucius Malfoy and more Mpreg). |

What I particularly like about this fic is the slow sweet slide to intimacy; Neville is unsure and initates the first kiss then panics in true Neville fashion, Charlie is calm and reassurring; a steady rock. He seemed to me the most grounded Weasley for all that he was always flying.
