00008 | A simple but loving love story. I re-read it when I'm in need of something warm and tender. No no big angst, no great conflict. Just a story that leaves you with a dreamy smile. |

00080 | This is the best C/P first meeting story I have every read. I can't say enough about this series. Both men stay wonderfully in character and the voices are dead on accurate. The later installments are pretty angsty, so watch out if that's not your thing. |

00537 | This wonderful story marks a transition for the characters and also for the author, as she went from J/C to C/P fiction writing. Her preference is evident in the heat of the Chakotay-Paris interaction. This is a great, absolutely believable and engaging story. It is set in the episode Killing Game, where the Hirogen hunters have Chakotay and Paris on the holodeck beleiving themselves to be American GI's in WWII. Janeway has been freed from the brain-washing but is still forced to play her role as a French resistance leader. She finds she can't resist this opportunity to be free of her "Captain" role with Chakotay. But Chakotay finds himself unexpectedly and happily attracted to Paris, especially in their tense roles in the WWII simulation. The Chakotay/Paris part really works, though much takes place "off screen" You won't want to miss the sequel "The Rules Of The Game" wwhich focuses on the C/P final resolution. Its also available on her C/P web page: at http://fiction.for-love-of-art.com/cassatt/CPIndex.html , and while you're there, why not check out "Redux" a Voyager Epic, with a great C/P storyline. |

00538 | This was a totally unexpected pairing, but it really works. Ensign Harry Kim and Lieutenant Greg Ayala, (Chakotay's right hand man, who now assists Tuvok, as a Security officer- we often see him at Tactical with Tuvok, or guarding the brig.), are truly hot and steamy in this fairly light story. There's a great hot sweaty scene after a hoverball game on the holo-deck, and Greg Ayala truly comes to life, as a perfect match for the unlucky-at-love-Harry. This story and her others inspired a whole subsection of Chakotay/Paris fans to become Ayala/Kim addicts as well. Reading this story will show you why. |
